                      Proxima Concept : A Merge Between A Car and A Motorbike

Close in heels of the super cars comes what can be called as the Proxima. One can say it to be a vehicle that bridges car and bike. It can be termed to be future perfect solution for urban mobility. The optimum riding position is given by the 2 tandem seats and both the driver and the passenger are comfortable enough. The styling is aerodynamic and aggressive right to the steely frame and chrome alloys. The manure ability is interesting as the front wheels have been kept apart while the rear wheel are kept together and thus one gets a feel of both the car and a bike.

 KTM 1290 Super Duke R Prototype After it was previously teased, the KTM 1290 Super Duke R Prototype was finally revealed at the EICMA show. The new model is the first functional concept ever developed by KTM and comes with a sharp design language and a strong 180 hp engine. The bike is based on the KTM Super Duke and is powered by the same LC8 unit found at the KTM 1190 RC8 R. The two-cylinder engine is combined with a set of light steel pipes and a single-sided swing arm. Peugeot EX1 Concept Peugeot EX1 Well, what can we say about this Peugeot EX1 Concept, its errrm… quick. This car follows a pattern set by the Tesla but pips the Tesla example in several areas, though sadly, unlike the Tesla, you will never (probably) be able to buy the EX1, its simply a one off to celebrate 200 years of Peugeot. When we say quick, that phrase may not quite be enough, this cat gets to 60mph in 3.58 seconds, beating the Tesla by a smidgen, but from there things go absolutely bonkers. The Peugeot EX1, rather then start to lose its rate of acceleration as the speed builds, it actually increases it, unbelievably hitting its top speed of around 160mph from a standing start in just 6.6 seconds… think about… 0-60mph in 3.6 seconds, then the next 60-160mph in 3 seconds… 3 seconds to increase velocity by 100mph… that has to be one hell of a rush. Volkswagen XL1 (261 miles per gallon ) : WOWWW... Much as we love supercars, there's also a lot to be said for automotive marvels on the efficiency side of things, too. Take this funny little  Volkswagen XL1 , for example – it's an honest-to-goodness production car that will reportedly hit something in the area of 261 miles per gallon. It's certainly not fast nor powerful, and it won't be cheap when it goes on sale, but the fact that engineers are actually capable of building something like this is incredibly remarkable. And props to  Volkswagen  for keeping that pod-car design intact, as well.
